Ben does his best Dad duty by checking over Natie’s car and making the family car run a little better.
The Cox Crew’s list never really dwindles it just changes from day today. Thanks for watching and helping us along our journey.

Cut resistant polyurethane coated gloves are very tough. I use them for wire-wheeling/angle grinding stuff because if you catch yourself with the wheel, it doesn't even mark them. Ideal for the stuff you're working with. Cheap too.
On gloves I've tried all over the years... and goat skin or old fashioned calfskin roping gloves hold up the best. Get them a hair loose, soak them in water and wear while working the first time and they form to your hand. Or work hard and the sweat will do the work to lol
Ben get some 3/8" steel cable for the lawnmower
I wish Challenger lift would bless Ben with a new lift. I truly feel that if anyone has ever deserved it it would definitely be Ben. Come on everyone let Challenger know that it would be a great thing to set Ben up!!!!
Hey Ben, use a piece of Old spring blade
for the mower you should look into installing flails, it's a blade on a hinge, so if you hit a rock it just bounces off and continues on. I like how things are slowly coming together. keep up the good fight.
Do chains, but sharpen the edge of each link a bit so its not round. I'd bet on that working before not...
I used to use an old chainsaw blade attached to two pieces of 3/4" plywood I cut out for the center to hold the sections of chain. Try cutting circles out of steel due to rotational forces around 24 inches and sandwich the pieces of chain around 8 to 12 inches long using good hardware. That should give you a shot at cutting grass and not being bent on rocks and with the center being that big less wrapping grasses around, maybe.
It's a French word which means driver. It's spelled "chauffeur".
Tig welding gloves marie they are a little thick for average use but for metal they would be the go to
When I was 10 or 11, I tied 3/ 300ft stings together while flying a kite. Took me like over 15 minutes to reel it in. A
As one who worked on the ground at home, with lifts at work, it took some doing to get a lift at home. Its priceless.
We need to start a movement to get you and your family a challenger lift as well!! I don’t have social media but someone out there can contact challenger.
Been there done that Ben! My first flatpack was a double wardrobe which took 2 years I kid you not after that her indoors did them Clever A.
What mascara is Natie wearing?
I use the sky high mascara by maybelline!
use the blue plastic ones
Little things matter!!
My favorite gloves are the deer skin gloves. Light weight but last very well.
Fab Rats is selling gloves now. I bet you can get the family discount next time one of you visits!
That is definitely a project! STICK A 396/402 in it with a 5 or 6 speed. 4 wheel disc breaks
Make a heavy metal “rake” with like two inches between tines. And four or so inches long to deflect any rocks 🙏❤️😎🤙
Awesome video Cox crew!!! I absolutely love watching you all but especially Nattie!!!
Enjoy the good times,Ben is an Awsome Dad and Mom is on another level with the home build.
IDK if I'd be trusting no "Jeep things" to run!.
Had some Ironclad gloves for work. I had orange ones. They lasted a long time and could be tossed in the washer when needed.
Wonder why fab rat's go rid of ur ass
Grab some Nitrile Dipped Cut resistant gloves! They’re cheap and they’ll last a long time!
More done on the house ! That is what you need ! Thanks for sharing !
Move the rocks. If you’re mowing the field, you’re mowing it for a reason. Move the rocks and make the field more usable.
Red Milwaukee gloves work good for me and last . Speaking as a JW electrician. Just don’t use the grinder wear them . They tend to melt away on top side . Ha. 🧤
Hey ben. i made a bushwacker mower like yours once. i used chains with blades bolted on the ends. they worked ok ish. at least they didnt break everytime i hit a rock or stump. i had mine running off the tractor 3 point though and could lift the wheels off the ground over bad stuff
BEN, maybe try this idea for the "tow behind mower". 1. Flip the DIF over so it points UP! 2. Attach a large pully to the pinion shaft. 3. Run a belt forward to a much smaller pulley driving a spindle Shaft. 4. Now mount a much larger Blade Forward of the trailer Tires. 5. make some sort of belt tension adjuster so thte belt will only slip when you hit something BIG like a huge ROCK! 6. You will have much higher tip speed making a better cutting action and a better cutting action. !! Much love and good wishes from a retired Submarine Sailor.
Love u guys
I haven't been able to find heavy duty gloves either. 😢
Your house is looking amazing guys ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
saludos bonita familia .. se q no saven leer en español .. pero me en canta ver sus videos… ❤
Chains with sickle blades welded on, flexible for the rocks and blades to cut. Well I'm my mind it sounds like it would work maybe?
Good thinkin on the cutters on that diff Ben. I was gonna suggest a series of sprockets or guides with chainsaw blades but that might be too involved. What about chainsaw blades between the lawnmower ones but have the chainsaw blades about an inch to an inch 1/2 below the lawnmower ones for secondary cuts . Just weld a solid rod or a series of rebarb down the center with the chains swinging😅..that'll probably hold
Been watching you on my TV not logged in so had to come on the phone a sub you guys hope all goes so well for you found you while at fab rats
Pick up the rock and tell everybody it's the rock that he hit with the lawn mower and then throws the rock off in field somewhere else so he can hit it with lawn mower later again smart
Hey Ben, take you an old truck leaf spring and forge a heavy duty mower blade. When you quench use used motor oil water will cause it to crack and or shatter.
Seeing a family trying and working hard make one want to wish them a win,a sponsorship,a gift of something to enable them to get ahead ,they deserve it ,compared to some channels where all the wealth is on fancy cars and the lifestyle.
Tearing up gloves is just gonna happen when you’re actually working. Be thankful it is not the skin getting torn off your hands. That all said, I have used synthetic vs leather and they are about the same durability. If you sweat a lot or get the gloves wet, the synthetic will fare a bit better. I’ve had good results with Ironclad work gloves but also good results from simple pigskin gloves.
Always a fun time;)
the brush hog at the ranch has heavy blades with a bolt that lets the blade swing when it hits something
I always buy goatskin gloves, they move easy and last a long time
They can also get soaked and work fine once dry.
Try small cable
Thanks for the great content
like Ben said; "There's always something going." thanks for the updates
For gloves, I tend to prefer Mechanix. They ain't cheap, but they're tough and they'll tend to last a while.
